## Experience

### Ubernatural + onfly.design — Design Engineer & Product Owner of onfly (2025–now)
Ubernatural is a design studio for startups, fintech and global brands; onfly is its fixed-price, fixed-timeline product (immersive websites in 5 days, not 5 months). The studio sells a website designed and launched in a single day: ~50 launches so far, plus award-level concept sites built solo, one a day, with three Awwwards Honorable Mentions. For onfly he built everything end to end: brand, sites, automated briefs and payments, CRM routing and an AI sales agent that closes deals on its own. Work includes Monet 100 (https://100yearsmonet.com, a 3D gallery where you walk on water through 1,254 paintings) and Akai Ito (a dating concept site).

### Art. Lebedev Studio — Web Designer (2025)
Eastern Europe's best-known design studio, authors of the Yandex logo and the Moscow Metro map. UX, ideas and detail for the studio's most demanding clients, including MPSTATS (analytics platform for marketplace sellers) and L-Pak (corrugated packaging).

Led web design for the entire food division of Yandex: every B2B landing page in 14 languages, guidelines and art direction for Yango, the site for Ultima premium restaurant delivery, Open Kitchen food media, redesigns of the Check and Tips services, plus game-based special projects.

### MTS Bank — Senior Web Designer & Developer, Special Projects (2022–2023)
Led the fintech special projects team: up to 5 launches a week, 54 landing pages in a year and 20+ awards. Hand-coded six browser games for marketing campaigns. Became one of the top-3 most awarded creators on the region's leading no-code platform (Tilda).

### Performance agency — Web Designer & Performance Marketer (2020)
Started running ads, then built landing pages and led a team of 5 developers: ~60 websites, e-commerce, SEO, Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
